AI Voice Agent for Restaurants

Tunvo is an AI-powered voice assistant that instantly answers restaurant calls, taking orders, managing reservations, and responding to customer questions seamlessly. I’m leading the end-to-end design effort, from foundational research and information architecture to the design system, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.

Tunvo is now entering its pilot phase. I’ll be sharing key learnings and a detailed case study soon.
